Bee Sting in Cuyahoga Valley National Park, Oh

Day 9 of our 10-day east coast RV adventure, we woke up looking out at the orchard of Beck Farms.  They had lots of farm animals and a huge orchard.  We enjoyed our breakfast in the camper before we hopped on the road to find a lovely Italian restaurant in Ohio called Ferrante many miles down the road.  We talked about how we could make some of these dishes ourselves, as they were so good.  We talked about our next stop on our journey and we were off to Cuyahoga Valley National Park in Ohio to do some hiking and work off all the food we ate.  The scenery was rocky with beautiful waterfalls.  The thought of how this terrain was God-made left us in awe.  We stopped for some pictures and then......my husband was suddenly under attack by bees!  Yep, I can't make this stuff up.  I just so happened to have one essential oil on me, Helichrysum. It just so happens to be great for insect bites, scarring, pain, bruises and swelling. The constituents in this oil act as an anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, analgesic, disinfectant and antifungal. It's as if I knew my husband would need me and my oils! LOL. The next day it hardly looked like he had a fight with bees!
